I don't want to repeat what others have said since my situation was similar, but the company slick;lan to refund money even when they should have. Setting up a site map is simple and you can easily brand it by adding your company logo and color scheme. I can't think of one.

Also used the tool to concept a client on a new landing page. I used it to sitemap our last website project. I found it just a teeny bit difficult to edit sketches, slickplna I wish there was more collaborative functionality.
The Sitemap app is simple, easy to use, and affordable and the training videos are amazing. Early on, we worked with them to integrate a version of the product into our flag ship product, Campus Suite. This is an effective way to help clients understand the structure and purpose of the pages making up their site. Being in the cloud software industry myself, I understand I could dream up all the features I wish a product would have.

I've loved it from the get-go, and as time has gone on they have included more features that I didn't even realize I would need but now use customization tools, integration tools etc.
